Advertising does not imply endorsement or verification of listings, users, or services. Advertising does not guarantee responses, ranking, or outcomes.

Advertising on MissBackpage uses credits. Credits are purchased through the user account system.

Credits are used to activate or upgrade listings. Credits have no cash value outside the platform and are non-transferable between accounts.

Credits are applied to listings at the time of activation or upgrade selection.

Listings may require activation to appear or remain visible on the platform. Activation controls the duration and placement of listings within category and city feeds.

Activation does not override Posting Guidelines or moderation processes. All listings must comply with platform policies regardless of activation status.

Expired listings can be reactivated using credits through the user account dashboard.

Different visibility options affect placement timing and visibility duration. Some options may influence when or how long a listing appears in feeds.

Placement is still influenced by new listings and natural feed order. As new listings are posted, existing listings move down in feed position over time.

Visibility changes over time naturally as the platform receives new submissions and listings expire.

Advertising does not:

• Verify listings or users
• Guarantee views, messages, or responses
• Bypass moderation or policy enforcement
• Affect legality or compliance requirements
• Give priority over policy enforcement

Paid listings must follow the platform's Posting Guidelines. Advertising does not prevent removal or restriction of listings.

Listings that violate policies can still result in restriction or removal, regardless of advertising status. Credits are not refunded for policy violations or listing removals.

The platform processes payments only for its own services, such as listing activation and visibility options. The platform does not handle transactions between users.

Users remain responsible for all content and actions related to their listings, regardless of advertising status.
